Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping Rate: $6.90 USD
Standard Subtotal: $10.00–$19.99
Shipping Rate: $7.90 USD
Standard Subtotal: $20.00–$29.99
Shipping Rate: $8.90 USD
Standard Subtotal: $30.00–$39.99
Shipping Rate: $9.90 USD
Standard Subtotal: $40.00–$49.99
Shipping Rate: $10.90 USD

Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times range from 7-21 business days for standard shipping. 


2. Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in shipping your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages:
Cherished Whiskers Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

1. Return Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Process:
To return an item, please email info@cherishedwhiskersboutique.com to request a return authorization. After receiving a return authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return using the address label provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-2 weeks of receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

4. Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items
- Final sale items
